QVSR Tilbury 
Volunteers work with QVSR in the Christmas parcels project. This involves helping set up the rooms, wrapping the parcels, and packing the parcels ready for distribution. Volunteers help at other ad hoc events and some on a regular basis. The congregation is one of the largest donors providing money to buy items to go into the presents.
Other Churches
Wellcome Church works with and supports events run by the parish of Horndon Orsett and Bulphan. These include WWDP and Alpha.
Wellcome Church also supplies teaching and encouragment at Fresh Hope Community Church and finance for the Grays Salavation Army Christmas meal
Thurrock Foodbank
Wellcome Church supports Thurrock Foodbank providing volunteers who organise supermarket collections and some of the staff to man these collections. The congregation also provides donations towards the food needs on a monthly basis. Last year over 600 kg was donated.
Blythwood Care
A Christmas shoebox charity which works into the Balkan states, and of particular interest, Victory Church in Kosovo. Last year saw us make contact with Blythwood Care and helped with the sorting and packing of shoebox in November plus delivering some parcels in Kosovo with Victory Church in February.
